The Cup of Paws project, led by Henry and Minerva “Minnie” Coolidge, aims to open the Central Valley’s first cat cafe in Spring 2025. This unique venture combines Henry’s passion for exceptional coffee and Minnie’s love for cats, partnering with a local animal shelter to offer adoptable cats within the cafe. Guests can enjoy high-quality coffee while participating in $10 tours, hosting private events, or reserving study/work blocks, with all admission and adoption fees benefiting the shelter.
